and that is the hooked calyx teeth. Tender.

Shrub
to 1m. Lower leaves oblong-ovate or ovate-lanceolate, cordate
or sub-cordate at base, crenate at margin, rugose on upper
surface, stellate-tomentose on both surfaces, 3–5 cm long;
petiole to 3 cm. Floral leaves lanceolate, acute or acuminate;
shortly petiolate. Whorls 4–8 flowered. Bracteoles numerous,
linear-subulate, 15–18 mm, stellate-lanate, ciliate with
2–3 mm hairs. Calyx tubular, 15–19 mm, stellate-lanate,
ciliate; calyx teeth subulate, unciniate, 1+5 mm. Corolla
25–32 mm, yellow. Nutlets glabrous.
